Thank you for visiting the website of the Womack Law Group (WLG).  The following terms apply to the WLG website (“the website”), including its content, and to parties who access or otherwise use the website ("website users") and, where applicable, to recipients of WLG legal services.   Accessing the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Use of Website: Website users are granted permission to use the website for its intended purpose subject to these terms.  The intended purpose of the website is to allow website users to review information about WLG.  Commercial solicitations using WLG email addresses or phone numbers are prohibited.  See below regarding additional restrictions on use of WLG information including contact information.

Disclaimer: Information on the website is of a general nature only and does not constitute legal advice.  Communications made to any firm personnel, whether through the website, by email, telephone or other means, will not by themselves create an attorney-client relationship.  Any information in such communications may not be treated as confidential unless and until an attorney-client relationship is established.  There should be no expectation that an attorney-client relationship has been established unless you receive and accept written terms of engagement from authorized WLG personnel.

Additional Professionals: WLG may sometimes provide referrals to other professionals with additional expertise.  These professionals practice independently at their own firms and are not employees or partners of WLG.  Accordingly, any representation of clients by these professionals will consist of a relationship between the client and the particular professional or firm.  In the event we identify any referral options, we will make a good faith effort to identify professionals who are believed to have appropriate experience, but we assume no responsibility regarding representation provided by other professionals.  Parties engaging other professionals are responsible for conducting their own independent evaluation of those other professionals.

Proprietary Rights: The website's content (i.e., text, images, etc.), design and other aspects are proprietary to WLG and protected by intellectual property laws including U.S. copyright laws.  Website users may view, print and download publicly available information on the website for the user's own internal use.  Website users may not in any way modify, republish or use commercially any part of the website except to the extent express written permission is given by authorized WLG personnel.  Prohibited commercial uses include use on informational and directory websites.  The Womack Law Group® name is federally registered and may not be used except to the extent express written permission is given by authorized WLG personnel.  Any permissions given by WLG will be revocable by WLG at any time. 

Certain Restrictions: Data scraping, mining, harvesting and other forms of collection of information from the WLG website, from WLG emails or other materials (including collection of email addresses, telephone numbers and other contact information) for marketing purposes or other commercial purposes is prohibited.  Linking to the WLG website is prohibited without the express written permission of authorized WLG personnel which, if given, will be revocable by WLG at any time.  Permission to use the website shall automatically terminate in the event that a user violates these terms.  WLG may also revoke permission to use all or any part of the website at any time for any reason. 

Modification: These terms, together with the website and its content, are subject to modification by WLG from time to time.  Accessing the website after the posting of modified terms on this website constitutes acceptance of those modified terms.
